I sure do, brings back memories of when I first installed GW. I liked the big and mighty sound to it...

The campfire scene was so random... there was no actual place in Prophecies that looked like that. The interface back then blew large chunks of suck.

Nope, don't miss it.

I really did miss the original theme music. But the factions one is pretty good too. But I also really missed a song from pre-searing which I thought was quite good and set the mood (for me anyhow). I've since learned it was called "Gwen's Theme". I puchased/downloaded both soundtracks, and put together my own playlist of the best music from both games (some repeated throughout the list), and I play the game with that playlist going alot of the time. Although often times I play with other music that I enjoy as well.

I could have sworn it was seared ascalon. And are you telling me there's a place in factions where i can stand atop such a huge pillar?!?

And what whale are you talking about Dark Suoon?

But yeah, I thought it was a bit better than the new one.

The new login is supposed to (I believe) be right off the coast of the Battle Isles. The old one had green vegitation, and Post-Searing Ascalon had none of that whatsoever.

Definitely not. That screen was in the foothills of a mountain range (probably the Shiverpeaks) and Riverside is in a basin/swamp area on the coast.

Bah, the old interface brings back many memories. It's just that the music and new-ness of everything combined with the awe of my first MMORPG was just wow. I liked my noob days more than now, since everything was unknown and you were just cast out to play.

That's what the old interface reminds me of, but yes, it was really clunky.

Would be nice if we could change between the login screen, I liked the old one because it brings back memories and you can see all your characters in full view not just the heads.

I liked the old just a bit more, but the new one is great in different ways, such as it makes good screen shots ;D

The old one always reminded me of diablo 2.
